Arrival on June 3: shuttle bussses to Congress center will leave at

  • 13h and 13h30 from Nice Airport
  • 13h30 and 14h15 from Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station.

Departure on June 7: shuttles will leave Congress center at

  • 13h for Nice Airport
  • 13h for Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station

In case of early departure of late arrival by plane, FCCAT will not ensure your transfer from train station or airport.

FCCat2019 will take place at the Azureva Holiday Village of Fréjus.

This site hosted the first edition of FCCat in 2016 and has, since then, been fully renovated offering increased level of comfort for both lodging and conference aspects.

The Azureva Village is located at the outskirts of Fréjus a typical seaside town of the French Riviera. Fréjus can be easily reached by train (Saint-Raphaël railway station at a few km from Azureva Village) and by plane (Nice Airport at 60 km).

A free shuttle service will be proposed from/to Nice Airport (NCE) and TGV Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station for arrivals on June 3 and departures on June 7 2019.

Note that this free service will only be available on these days (schedules will be provided soon). If you plan to reach our congress from another place or time, it will be at your own expense.

The Azureva Village will be entirely dedicated to FCCat. Thus, participants will have exclusive use of all facilities. Free WiFi connection will be available in rooms, conference halls and common spaces.

Approx. 250 rooms will be available for either single or double occupancy. All rooms have private bath room (shower) and TV. Most have a balcony.

You will be able to book a single occupancy room or a double. In case of double occupancy, you will be asked to provide the name of the other person sharing the room, otherwise occupancy will be arranged by us.

The Village offers modern facilities for conferences, including a fully renovated Auditorium which can accommodate up to 300 participants and numerous spaces for parallel sessions, poster session and exhibition area.

All meals are included in the registration cost and will be served in the Village Restaurant. You will have the opportunity to indicate any food restrictions or special needs upon registration.

The number of participants will be limited taking into accounts accommodation and plenary lecture Auditorium capacity. Register as soon as possible to guarantee your participation as rooms will be attributed on a "first come first served" basis.
