Registration

Registration fees include access to the conference, accommodation in single or double room, all meals (breakfast, luch and dinner) and coffee breaks from Monday evening to Friday lunch.

Members of the EuCheMS and SCF societies get preferential rates.

For industrial participants, the accomodation includes a single room.

Payment can be processed by credit card or bank transfer, for the French participants, by credit card or bank transfer or command order (bon de commande universitaire).

 Early bird fees for registrations before April 3^rd 2019:

Regular fees for registrations after April 3^rd 2019:

Participants are considered as students until PhD students.

EPIC and exhibitors are considered as industrials.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be notified by email at fccat2019@eunoia-events.com

Registration fees will be partially reimbursed as follows:

- cancellations received until April 3, 2019: refund of the paid registration fee minus a cancellation fee of 50 €.

- cancellations received between April 3, 2019 and May 2, 2019 : refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.

- cancellation received after May 3, 2019 : no refund.

- reimbursement will made after the conference.
