All contact authors have been informed about the acceptance decision. You can login to the submission system to check the status of your submission. IT ALSO ALLOWS YOU TO REGISTER YOUR PARTICIPATION.

All accepted communications (Oral, Poster, ...) need to confirm their participation rapidly.

You will be transferred on the abstract submission form where you have to register.

Remind: extended deadline to submit abstract January 23, 2019

 Instructions for the submission of an abstract:

- The working language at the conference is English and all contributions must be submitted in English.

- Abstracts must be submitted online.

- In any case, your 1-page abstract should look like the Template provided . The use of this template is mandatory.

- When all the material is ready; please proceed to the "Abstract Submission" by filling in the form and attaching the abstract.

- Each submission is receiving an ID-number.

- All modifications – in the submission form and to replace the attached document - will be possible directly on the online abstract submission page until the abstract submission deadline on January 23, 2019.
